I had a great experience with SmartStop Self Storage. The facility is newly built and exceptionally clean, so there’s a good chance you’ll get a brand-new storage unit. The pricing is very reasonable, and after comparing self-storage facilities across Newmarket and Aurora, I found the best value here.
A special thank you to the manager, Sangeetha, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made my rental agreement and move-in experience smooth, simple, and stress-free. Her excellent customer service made a big difference and gave me confidence that I chose the right place.

I just rented a storage unit here, having just had a not so good experience elsewhere. The store manager Sangeetha explained all policies with me in detail, as well as any beneficial opportunities. Most importantly, any parts of the store policy that might blindside me were also explained. Very happy with the service provided.

The Store Manager was very helpful and polite She was very detailed in her explanation of costs, etc. The unit was very clean and priced reasonably. The entrance and exit areas were very high tech and access to the units were very accessible. Thanks I love it here.
