Very good place ! Always clean and warm, units are good and safe. I use them for a few months and can tell only a positive words . Easy to reach there by phone and make a reservation. Nice assistants Kimberly and Rhea ! Very polite and helpful! I recommend to everyone this SmartStop Self Storage’! You will be happy!

A huge shoutout to Kimberly and Rhea for being so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They both went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for with short notice. Our unit was clean, easily accessible and exactly what we needed. While the unit is clean, well lit, and accessible, the real star is the staff. Rhea is an absolute gem and I cannot imagine the location without her.
Within two meetings she memorized my name, listens and remembers what’s going on in my life, and even brought me a water during my move because “I looked like I needed one”.
While the rate hikes are difficult, Rhea makes it worth it. I am so glad I went with this spot instead of a U-haul location or access storage which felt a lot more impersonal.
At the end of the day this is just a place to store my things, but knowing that the staff truly cares and actually tries makes it worth it for me.
I would highly recommend this location purely based on the interpersonal service I’ve received.

RHEA was courteous, efficient and most resourceful in ensuring I made the right choice for my needs and budget. She even took additional time to check out the unit and make sure the key worked and that everything met my expectations. Customer service at it's BEST... we should have more RHEA's in our world:)

Had a super fantastic experience with Rhea with my first time storage rental. Rhea super experienced and provided very helpful opinions according to my needs and not to mention super friendly. Highly recommend this storage facility. The storage unit very clean and tiny.
