While the unit is clean, well lit, and accessible, the real star is the staff. Rhea is an absolute gem and I cannot imagine the location without her.
Within two meetings she memorized my name, listens and remembers what’s going on in my life, and even brought me a water during my move because “I looked like I needed one”.
While the rate hikes are difficult, Rhea makes it worth it. I am so glad I went with this spot instead of a U-haul location or access storage which felt a lot more impersonal.
At the end of the day this is just a place to store my things, but knowing that the staff truly cares and actually tries makes it worth it for me.
I would highly recommend this location purely based on the interpersonal service I’ve received.

RHEA was courteous, efficient and most resourceful in ensuring I made the right choice for my needs and budget. She even took additional time to check out the unit and make sure the key worked and that everything met my expectations. Customer service at it's BEST... we should have more RHEA's in our world:)
