They went "above and beyond" our expectations when dealing with our various rental and payment questions/issues. Lost the keys to my unit and both were a pleasure to deal with in sorting it all out. Excellent customer service! I will say - I hope the extra costs associated to replacing a lost key goes to the employees.
The current process for replacement should be revisited, alot of physical effort goes into drilling out those cylinder locks, which can be very time consuming.

My experience here at this particular location of SmartStop Storage has been positive so far. I have been renting my unit for less than a month.
Based on a previous experience at a different SmartStop, I will update my rating if anything changes in the future. But so far, this one has been great.
