We've only had great experience with Green Storage. Kelly was very helpful in helping us end our lease. The facility has always been clean and the other tenants we've encountered there were all very respectful. If you are in the area looking for a self storage unit, Green Storage should certainly be a top choice.

I recently stored my items at this location and had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, organized, and easy to access. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Kelly was the one who helped me, and she went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions clearly. It’s not always easy dealing with moving and storage, but Kelly made it simple and pleasant. I would highly recommend this storage place, especially if you get the chance to work with Kelly!

From start to finish this has been a great experience. They never let your call run to a machine and help you find the closest most suitable unit to where you want to staple your belongings. Kelly, at the Aurora location was always very friendly and helpful whenever I had to stop by and speak with her. Billing is clear and timely. I will definitely use Green Storage again in the future.
