It's with immense pleasure, gratitude that I endeavor to, whole heartedly, provide my sincere review about Apple Storage on 4655 Kent Avenue Niagara Falls, Ontario.
I was in catch - 22 predicament when I relocated from Babylon back to Canada in the Fall of 2025. Needless to say I desperately needed a business establishment which could provide me flexible storage arrangements while sorting out my situation financially. Mr. Kory , the manager at said storage location above, went above and beyond his call of duty to accommodate my needs at the time.
Had it not been for Apple Storage management 's cooperation and flexibility, I would have lost all my priced possessions at once. Therefore, given my exquisite, heart warming experience doing business with Mr. Kory and his colleagues at Apple Storage, I highly recommend any, and all to trust the services provided at Apple Storage period.

I rented the a unit in Aug 2023. I dealt with Diane from the Aurora location, she was friendly, polite and understood my needs and recommended the right size unit for me.
Never had an issue with entering the property after hours, even in the winter it was kept clean easy to access.
I highly recommend using them if you need any storage requirements.

Rented a unit 2 months ago, when getting things out of unit the concrete floor towards the back was wet, which means all the cardboard boxes are wet as well as a piece of vintage furniture. Now EVERYTHING has to be removed and repacked!! Manager is great and im eorking with her for a solution to this problem. FYI This location is NOT IN AURORA but in Stouffville! On Google maps the location comes up when u do a search for units in Aurora and they don't inform u when booking.. nor do they tell u that some units are NOT paved, only the main driveway is paved. The other 3 have crappy gravel, which sucks when placing your items outside your unit.

The storage is Very clean and price reasonable . The staff is nice and always helpful.
